Hi! I'm Rachel, your friendly registered dental hygienist at Fairway Dental Group! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Music from Bradley University. I later completed my Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene at Harper College, where I proudly served as President of my cohort in the Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association. I’m licensed in both Illinois and Ohio and bring five years of experience as a cross-trained dental assistant and clinical coordinator in both general and pediatric dentistry.

I have a special interest in working with pediatric patients, educating patients about periodontal disease, and creating tailored treatment plans to meet each patient’s individual needs. Patients often describe me as gentle, warm, smiley, and positive. My goal is always to help patients feel at ease and empowered to care for their oral health.

I’m a recent transplant from the northwest Chicago suburbs and moved to central Ohio this summer. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy watching TV shows, baking, cooking, and spending time with my two cats, Chuck and Stormie. I also love learning golf with my boyfriend, Cody, and exploring my new community -- whether it’s visiting the farmers market, watching polo matches at the Bryn Du Mansion Great Lawn, or grabbing a cappuccino or iced latte from Station. Since I can never start my day without coffee, one of my dreams is to open a cozy café!
